Law Amending the Capital Markets Law determining the framework of the cryptoassets in Turkish legislation entered into force by being published at the Official Gazette dated 2 July 2024 and numbered 32590. A positive step has been taken for the development of the Turkish capital markets with the Law, through regulating the trading of cryptoassets which are based on blockchain technology at platforms, establishment and activity conditions of such platforms, and additional matters intended to protect investors and market.
